In the devices of IOT, we often encounter various sensors or small devices that support communication functions such as RS485/232/MQTT/TCP/UDP/COM. Even some advanced devices not only output various device information, but also support interactive operations with the SHELL command.
These devices are generally based on the communication protocol mentioned above, and a private communication protocol is established.
During the process of connecting these devices, even if there are relevant protocol documents, we often encounter that the documents cannot accurately describe the communication process. There are many factors that can lead to this phenomenon, which may be due to the lack of rigor in writing protocol documents, or even complete errors.
If there is a tool that can read the raw information of the device and provide different dimensions of analysis and debugging methods for this, it will be twice as effective for work.
This is also the goal and value of this tool.
